RETURNS AND LIABILITY
At Dapteri, we naturally want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and products. That's why we always offer open purchase and right of withdrawal for 60 days after receiving the product.
Right of withdrawal
We offer 60 days open purchase for undamaged and unused products. Please note that the product and its packaging must be in new condition when you return the product. We reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount of the reduction in value compared to the product's original value in connection with the used or damaged product and packaging.
Return the product:
Tell us by email to Info@dapteri.com that you are complaining about your purchase. In the message, it is important to mention your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.
You will shortly receive an email reply with a return ticket and return form for printing. Please complete the return form and include it with the item to be returned.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is well packaged, unused and undamaged when returned. It is important that the product is returned in its original packaging together with all associated parts and instructions for use.
When returning, please use the same packaging as when the item was delivered, as the return ticket applies to these packaging. Make sure the return slip is properly glued or taped to the package and give it to your postman. Always save the receipt from the postman showing that you sent your return.
Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 60 days.
Refunds are made in the same way as for payment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
Products that are sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where you as a consumer have broken the seal (sealing).
Products with a sealed audio or video recording that you as a consumer have broken.
A custom-made product that is tailored for you or has a clear personal wish.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to start the service without right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly lose value, such as food.
Individual newspapers.

Complaints and defective products
We inspect all products before sending them for delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product, we undertake to repair the defect free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Promotion of the destination:
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. You do this by sending a message to Info@dapteri.com. Enter your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. Also attach a picture or video where the defect is clearly visible.
It is important that you send us a message as soon as you discover a problem.
If we do not repair the defect or supply an equivalent product, we will compensate you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject the complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the event of a complaint, we follow the General Complaints Board's instructions.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for any indirect damage caused by the product. We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, authority decision or non-delivery by the supplier. In addition, no responsibility is assumed for changes to the products/product characteristics that have been changed by that supplier and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to make typographical errors on this page and upon final sale of products. We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products. We always do our best to reveal the products as accurately as possible, but depending on the screen, image quality and resolution, there may be some color difference.
