1. General

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Dapteri online store (www.dapteri.com) and to all orders placed through the online store.

By placing an order or using our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

In addition to these Terms, consumer purchases are governed by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and other applicable Finnish and European Union legislation.

2. Customer Accounts

The online store is available to adult private individuals and businesses.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, up to date, and complete.

Customers may create an account to manage their orders. Customers are responsible for keeping their username and password secure.

3. Products and Prices

All products are sold at the prices displayed in the online store.

Prices include the applicable Finnish value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, pricing, and product information errors on the website. If an error is significant, we will notify the customer before processing the order, and the customer will have the right to cancel the order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor changes made by the manufacturer to the product's appearance or packaging may occur and do not affect the intended use of the product.

4. Ordering

Placing an order requires the customer to accept these Terms of Service.

After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The order becomes binding once we have received payment or approved the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, including product availability issues, obvious pricing errors, payment irregularities, or suspected misuse.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

We use the following payment services:

• Shopify Payments
• Klarna

Payment information is not stored in Dapteri's systems.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates. Although we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 60-day return policy in accordance with the return conditions published in our online store.

Returns are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.

8. Defective Products and Complaints

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Consumers have the rights provided under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding defective products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dapteri is liable for its products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or other indirect financial losses, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the online store, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Electrolightz Oy or its licensors.

Copying, publishing, or otherwise using any content without prior written permission is prohibited unless permitted by mandatory law.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service, for example due to changes in legislation or the development of our online store.

The version of the Terms of Service in force at the time the order is placed shall apply to that order.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.

Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services or the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. In addition, consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, where available.
